Digitizing Fee

Digitizing is the process of converting the image into an embroidery format.

One-time fee: Starts at $25.00+tax. This is based on the complexity, size and colors of the image, this includes one sample sew-out and/or digital sew-out image

NO TRADEMARKS OR COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL: e.g. Walt Disney, Harley Davidson, etc.

Decoration size/ Location

Minimum Lettering – 3/16” H
Shirts – Left or Right Chest – 3” x 4” (logo height x logo width)
Shirts with Pocket – above pocket – 2 ¾” x 4”
Cuff – 1.5” x 2.5”
Shirts – Short Sleeve Print – 3” x 3”
Caps – Front Panel – 2.25” x 5”

* Unless otherwise indicated on the order, artwork will be digitized to fit within these dimensions

Embroidery Logo Pricing

Quantity Price Per 1,000 Stitches

1 to 24 Items $2.25 (Plus Tax)

24 to 48 Items $2.00 (Plus Tax)

* Minimum Charge $15.00 per item (Plus Tax), If 1 to 5 items and 4,000 stitches or less

Can a logo be made into a patch? Yes.

Patch Price: Add $5.00 for each patch needed to the Embroidery Logo Pricing

Includes:

a) Extra materials to make the patch (fabric, backing, etc.)

b) more stitches (there is an outline that has to be embroidered around the patch to give it more stability)

c) Time it takes to make the patch.

Monogram / Lettering Pricing (Flat Rate)

Option 1

* Regular Flat Font

Up to 1 inch ht.: $12.00 (Plus Tax)

Up to1 ½ inch ht.: $18.00 (Plus Tax)

Flat rate pricing plus tax in option 1 include up to 10 characters including letters, numbers, punctuations, and spaces.

Option 2

*Regular Flat Font

Over 1 ½ inch to 2 inch ht.: $4.00 per letter (Plus Tax)

Over 2 inch to 3 inch ht.: $6.50 per letter (Plus Tax)

Minimum Charge $12.00 plus tax per item, If only two 2" letters or one 3" letter.

Option 3

*Regular Flat Font on Caps / Backpacks

Price: Case by case

Minimum Charge $15.00 plus tax per item

* Puffy fonts or any other special fonts are not included, they will be quoted separately.

Order Process

Once we have the artwork and the apparel, total amount of order required through any major credit card like Visa, Master, Amexco or Paypal to proceed, no exceptions.

Orders will be ready in 2 to 3 business days in most cases.
